Payment
Identity Atelier accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, and checks for payment of services and products.
All appointments must be secured with a credit card that is kept on file. No amount will be charged to your credit card until after services have been rendered unless it falls within our cancellation policy.
Cancellations
We kindly ask that all cancellations or rebookings are made at least 24 hours in advance of your original appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee for the appointment scheduled that day.
No-call/no-show cancellations may be subject to a charge of 100% of the service fee.
Additional cancellation terms and conditions may apply to bridal and special occasion appointments.
Late Arrival
Identity Atelier allows a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals in case you are unexpectedly delayed.
In the event you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will always try to go above and beyond to accommodate you. Please note that appointments may need to be rescheduled if they cannot be completed in the remaining time frame and/or if there are no other stylists available to perform the service.

Redos
We want our guests to be 100% satisfied with their experience at Identity Atelier and will go to great lengths to deliver our best work.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the services you received, please contact us within 7 days of the original appointment. We are happy to accommodate your schedule to make the appropriate corrections.
Please note that our redo policy does not apply to any changes in style or direction from the services initially requested.

Returns
We think our products are top-of-the-line, and we hope you do too! However, in the event you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we allow returns for any items purchased within 60 days of the original service.
If returned within 60 days of the original purchase, we are happy to provide you with the option of either exchanging the item or receiving a gift card for future products or services. Full refunds will be provided for unopened products. Products that have been opened and used may be subject to partial refunds.
Please note that returns will be subject to the discretion of management.

Little Ones
As a family-focused salon, we love little ones! But in order to look out for the safety of all of our guests, we kindly ask that children under 8 are not left unattended in the salon. For our children of all ages, we ask that you please redirect your little ones from playing with (or on) any salon equipment.

Pet Policy
For our four-legged friends, per the Law of the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology, the only animals permitted inside Identity Atelier are certified service animals. We kindly ask that you leave your pets at home during your appointment.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are redeemable towards the purchase of eligible goods and services at our Identity Atelier Hair Salon only. Eligible goods and services, and affiliated properties, are subject to change at our sole discretion. If a purchase exceeds the balance on your Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for future purchases upon redemption.

Gift Cards cannot be returned; resold; canceled; used to purchase other Gift Cards; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).
Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees associated with any Gift Cards.
